Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your notification before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Important: starting early and loss of the right of withdrawal
Vehicle registration matters are usually urgent. If you would like us to begin before the fourteen days have elapsed, we need your express consent. We obtain this together with the authorisation form.
If you have given that consent, the following applies: your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service. If you withdraw before performance is complete, you must pay us a reasonable amount for the services rendered up to that point. Fees already paid to the authority cannot be recovered by us and therefore cannot be refunded.
